Notice: This Privacy Policy applies to the Ayak Tenisi ("Game", "App") mobile applications published on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, the desktop PC edition, and the official website ayaktenisi.net, provided by App and Capital.

The data controller responsible for your personal data is App and Capital. By accessing or playing Ayak Tenisi, you acknowledge the terms outlined in this policy.

We believe in data minimization. The game only collects technical and gameplay-related information strictly necessary for online multiplayer match functionality:

  • Device Information: Device model, OS version (Android, iOS, Windows), display resolution, and graphic performance metrics for rendering optimization at 60/120 FPS.
  • Gameplay Progress: Match scores, unlocked character cards, trophies, ranking tier, and match history.
  • Random Player Identifier (UUID): An anonymous string assigned to your game instance to identify your player profile in multiplayer match lobbies.
  • Crash & Performance Diagnostics: Anonymous crash stack traces and latency logs to troubleshoot game bugs and server disconnections.

We do NOT collect sensitive personal data such as your real name, physical address, phone contacts, or biometric information.

3. How We Use Data

The collected information is used solely to:

  1. Facilitate real-time 1v1 online matches between mobile and PC players,
  2. Store your character cards, upgrades, and trophies securely,
  3. Detect and prevent cheating, unfair advantages, and unauthorized reverse engineering,
  4. Deliver performance updates and bug fixes.

4. Third-Party Services

The game may integrate platform-level services:

  • Google Play Games Services: For leaderboards and cloud achievements (Google LLC).
  • Apple Game Center: For iOS multiplayer matching and achievements (Apple Inc.).

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliant)

Ayak Tenisi is designed for a general audience of sports fans. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete such information.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL, AES) to protect data in transit and at rest. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide game services.

Your Right to Delete Data: In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines, players have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account, player ID, and all associated gameplay data.
