WARNING: Deleting your account and associated data is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, all unlocked character cards, leaderboard trophies, coins, and match history will be permanently erased from our servers.
How to Request Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion through two options:
Option 1: Web Request Form (Without Opening the App)
As mandated by Google Play and Apple policies, you do not need to have the app installed. Submit your Player ID or registered email below to initiate deletion. Your request will be fulfilled within 7 business days.
Option 2: In-App Deletion
- Open Ayak Tenisi on your mobile or PC device.
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top right of the main lobby.
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete My Account and Data".
- Confirm the prompt. Your session will end immediately, and data will be scheduled for permanent removal.
What Data is Deleted?
- Unique Player Identifier (UUID)
- Trophies, rank tier, and multiplayer match history
- All unlocked character cards, upgrades, and statistics
- Anonymous diagnostics and performance telemetry
What Data is Retained?
Only anonymized financial transaction identifiers (such as Google Play / Apple Store purchase tokens) required by tax and accounting legislation will be stored as legally mandated, unlinked from any active player profile.
